Delivery & Returns


 Delivery Information
Standard delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is just £3.50 for orders under £100.
Our packages are sent by Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.
We aim to have your order with you within 3-4 working days (Monday-Friday). Please note that delivery lead times are extended over public holidays.

Next Day Delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is £6.95 for any order value.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday will arrive next day.
Orders placed after 2pm Monday-Thursday will arrive in 2 working days.
Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will arrive on the following Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm on the Friday or anytime over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Please note that lead times are extended over public holidays.

Ring Sizes
We only stock limited finger sizes in our rings, so there are occasions when we will need to order your ring direct from the supplier. If your order is required within a certain timeframe, please contact us in advance to enquire for lead times.
Bank Holidays
Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays so please allow extra time for delivery when ordering around Bank Holidays.
Please note that we may not be able to meet our advertised delivery times during times of severe or adverse weather conditions.
Incorrect Stock Levels
Please note that the stock levels shown online mirror those of the stock holding within our high street stores. There may be occasion where an item is sold instore, but has not yet been updated on our website. Where stock is not available, we will contact you within 24hrs to inform you of any possible delays.


Returns & Exchanges
We're sure that you'll be entirely happy with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that it isn't 100% right just return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
There are 2 easy ways to return an item:

Return to our Barry Store
This is the quickest way to obtain a refund or exchange.
Place the item(s) in their original packaging/presentation box.
Take it along to our Barry high street store along with your despatch note.
If the item is in its original condition, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.
If the item was a gift, you will be issued with a gift card for the value of the price paid.

Return By Post
Items can be returned by post to our Head Office. If returning by post we recommend using a secure insured postal service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery). The item(s) remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
Please enclose a copy of your despatch note. Please ensure that the item is well packaged (we recommend using the same packaging that the goods were received in).
If the item is in its original condition, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you including the postage costs paid when you ordered your item(s). The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility (unless the goods are faulty or misrepresented, when the cost to return the item(s) to us will also be refunded).
Unless faulty or misrepresented, the following items cannot be returned for exchange/refund:
Earrings for pierced ears
Personalised & engraved items
